Service Availability

Safexpress provides domestic logistics, packing, transportation, and relocation services across selected locations in India. International relocation assistance may also be available for selected service requirements.

Service availability may depend on the pickup location, destination, operational feasibility, transportation availability, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Safexpress may accept or decline a service request based on operational or service requirements.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the goods, pickup location, destination, and other relocation requirements before confirming a booking.

Customers must accurately declare goods included in the consignment and provide applicable documents, permits, licenses, or customs-related information where required.

Prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or restricted items must not be included in any consignment.

Liability

Safexpress takes reasonable measures to coordinate the handling and transportation of goods according to the selected service.

Delays, loss, or damage may be affected by circumstances beyond reasonable operational control, including natural events, strikes, regulatory actions, road disruptions, or unforeseen transportation issues.

Any applicable liability will be determined according to the confirmed service agreement, declared value, insurance terms, and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, logos, graphics, images, design elements, and software, may be protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Content owned by Safexpress must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without applicable authorization or permission.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable laws of India.

Disputes relating to the services or these terms will be handled according to the jurisdiction and dispute provisions specified in the applicable service agreement and governing law.

International relocation and transportation requirements may also be subject to the laws, customs regulations, and transportation rules of the applicable destination or transit country.

Booking and Payment

An advance payment may be required to confirm a relocation or transportation booking. The required payment amount may depend on the type of service, transportation arrangement, and booking requirements.

For dedicated vehicle services, an advance payment may be required before transportation. The remaining payment, where applicable, must be completed according to the agreed payment terms.

Additional Charges

Certain booking or advance payments may be non-refundable after service resources, transportation vehicles, or relocation teams have been allocated.

Prohibited and Restricted Items

Customers must not knowingly include prohibited, illegal, or unauthorized goods in a consignment.

Restricted or prohibited items may include:

• Explosives, fireworks, and highly flammable materials
• Hazardous, toxic, or radioactive substances
• Perishable goods without applicable service approval
• Illegal goods, unauthorized weapons, narcotics, or contraband
• Cash, jewellery, precious metals, or sensitive documents unless specifically declared and accepted under the applicable service terms

Customers may be responsible for consequences arising from undeclared, incorrectly declared, illegal, or prohibited items included in a consignment.

Insurance and Claims

Customers should review available transit insurance options for eligible goods before transportation. Insurance assistance may be available according to the selected relocation service.

Insurance coverage, claim eligibility, declared value, exclusions, and compensation are subject to the applicable insurance policy and service agreement.

Reporting a Claim

Any visible or concealed damage should be reported as soon as reasonably possible and within the period specified in the applicable service or insurance agreement.

Documents Required for Claim Review

• Clear photographs of the reported damage
• Delivery receipt containing applicable remarks
• Relevant purchase invoices or value documents, where available
• Applicable insurance or transportation documents

Incomplete or delayed claim submissions may affect claim assessment or eligibility according to the applicable insurance and service terms.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions
